Jeffrey (Jeff) Kamrowski, President, MUSIC, maintains responsibility for core E&S lines operations, including advancing profitable growth strategies and improving operational performance. Since joining Selective in 1988, he has earned broad experience across standard and specialty lines insurance operations, with corporate leadership roles in Business Services, Commercial Lines Underwriting, E&S, and Information Technology. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

As MUSIC’s Senior Vice President, E&S Chief Underwriting Officer, Craig Levitz is responsible for ensuring profitable growth of the MUSIC portfolio, leading product development efforts, and overseeing MUSIC’s operations teams. Before joining MUSIC in 2024, Craig held the role of Vice President, E&S Lines Pricing, with Selective. Craig has extensive experience matching price to risk for multiple E&S carriers, including nine years with Global Indemnity Group as their lead actuary for binding and brokerage E&S business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in insurance from Penn State University, completed The Wharton School’s Business Strategy and Leadership Program, is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and is an associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Starting her career at Hartford Steam Boiler as an Underwriting Associate in 1992, Tricia Scully has nearly 30 years of underwriting experience and joined the MUSIC organization in April 2021. Tricia is responsible for leading MUSIC’s team of brokerage professionals and managing MUSIC’s underwriting policies and delegated authority. She developed her expertise and experience through various underwriting roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Regional Reinsurance Manager. Tricia holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations.

Starting her career with Aetna Life & Casualty, Eva Gonzalez has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Eva joined MUSIC in October 2019 and has been with Selective since 2013, when she joined as the General Liability and Umbrella AVP, Line of Business Leader. She was then promoted to VP, Mercantile Strategic Business Unit Leader in 2017 and VP, Small Business Leader in 2018.

Vice President, Brokerage Underwriting

Michael (Mike) Bond, Vice President, Brokerage Underwriting, is responsible for leading MUSIC’s talented brokerage professionals and managing our underwriting policies and delegated authority. Before joining MUSIC, Mike spent 29 years with HSB serving various roles, including Senior Vice President, Innovative Risk Partnerships. At HSB, he helped develop IoT sensor programs, new risk management services, and proprietary data tools that bring unique insights to insurance carriers about their book of business. When he isn’t on the job, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends and making his way out to the golf course when he gets the chance.

Deneen Lohan is responsible for leading MUSIC’s Regional Underwriting team in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Deneen has over 30 years of experience working in various areas of the insurance industry, with a concentration in E&S lines. She joined MUSIC in 2006 and served in several positions, including Underwriting Manager and E&S Regional Manager. She has earned the Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) and Associate in General Insurance (AINS) professional designations.

Tacia Thomas

Tacia Thomas

Vice President, Operations & Product

Tacia Thomas has over 25 years of experience working in the insurance industry, including standard and E&S lines.  She joined MUSIC in January 2009 and served in several Accounting positions, including leadership. She moved to her current role in April 2019, leading and supporting many of the functions of MUSIC’s Underwriting Services teams in Dresher, PA, and Scottsdale, AZ. Before her time at MUSIC, Tacia held a variety of accounting, auditing, and leadership roles at Farmers Insurance Group. She holds the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) professional designation.

Colin Dowd

Colin Dowd joined MUSIC in October 2021 and now leads the Renewal Underwriting teams in Dresher, PA, and Scottsdale, AZ. With over 30 years of underwriting experience, Colin started his career with The Hartford insurance company and later worked for Aetna Casualty & Surety, Travelers, Interstate Insurance Group, ARGO Insurance, and Colony Specialty. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.

Andrea House joined MUSIC in 2019, with 20 years of industry experience and extensive leadership roles in standard and E&S lines. She leads Contract Binding West Region New Business Underwriting team in Scottsdale, AZ. She attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designations, and currently serves on the California Insurance Wholesalers Association (CIWA) Board of Directors and is chair of the Education committee. 

Tara Kilduff

Tara Kilduff

Assistant Vice President, Binding New – East

Tara Kilduff started her insurance career in 1996 in the Personal Lines department for a national carrier. Since then, she has worked in several Commercial Lines underwriting roles for a broad spectrum of carriers before joining Selective as an AMS in 2007. She was later promoted to Senior AMS and Territory Manager in the Northeast region. Tara now serves as MUSIC’s AVP, Contract Binding, where she is responsible for helping manage MUSIC’s East region.
